Answer:
In order to connect Encompass to Omatic Cloud, you will need the following credential information (Please DO NOT SHARE this information with our implementation team; simply have it readily accessible in preparation for implementation):
- API Key
- API Password
- Username/Email
- Password
If you do not have your API Key and API Password recorded, you can contact your representative at Encompass to obtain them.
After gathering your credentials, you can use them to connect your instance(s) of Encompass to Omatic Cloud.
Note: Your available data sources are provided through your contract with Omatic Software. If you’re interested in adding a connection to a data source not currently included in your contract, please contact your CSM or Omatic Support for more information.
