Can you post a screenshot of where you see that field on a constituent record? It doesn't ring a bell, but knowing where you're seeing it will help us troubleshoot it quickly.

Thanks! That clarifies a few questions I had.
It looks like your team has renamed the "Nickname" field to be "Known As." So, we need to look at why the nickname may not update. Since it's on the Bio1 tab, you need to make sure to mark the option to update "Bio 1 name fields", as described here: http://omatic-importomatic.helpdocsonline.com/constituents (by default this option is unmarked in profiles).
