We've updated the Connector to allow you to import custom questions from multiple campaigns at once! In the past, custom questions were only included when importing campaigns one at a time.
Here's a quick refresher on custom questions in Classy, so that you are well-prepared to update your import profiles:
In Classy, there are two general types of custom questions - standard and user-defined. The standard questions are easily toggled on/off and are generally consistent across all campaigns of the same type, and depending on who should answer the question (Donors, Teams, etc.). The user-defined questions are unique to campaigns, and you define both the question and acceptable responses. Knowing the difference between the two will be helpful when deciding which campaigns to import together through ImportOmatic.
The general rule of thumb is that all standard questions will be included on multi-campaign imports, but user-defined questions will need to match across all campaigns to be included. This is because ImportOmatic needs a consistent field map across all rows in the import. Don't worry if you're unsure; a helpful message will pop up to let you know which campaigns can be included and which have differing questions.
