This error indicates that IOM is trying to add a gift, in this case a pledge or recurring gift. The format for the Schedule Day of Month doesn't match was Raiser's Edge is expecting.

The pledge's Schedule Day of Month needs to be numeric-only, between 1 and 31.

Examine the data file to make sure the value isn't alphanumeric, such as "1st".  Ensure that the column lines up with the column in the profile as well.
