When The Raiser's Edge moved to 7.92, they made changes to the duplicate criteria. You can no longer define duplicate criteria in RE, as a user, and this is what IOM used to link to. Now the duplicate criteria sets are in IOM only and you have to select them when you make a new profile.
In the IOM profile, go to Criteria under Duplicate Search in the left side navigation pane.
Select at least one set of criteria for individuals and at least one set for organizations.
