Answer:

This error will occur when importing a phone number or email address, and the type already exists on the record.

In Phones/Emails under Addresses, if you've selected the option to "Assign available matching phone type with a different number (e.g., use "Email 2 if "Email" is in use)", but Email 2 is not in the phone types table. IOM is not able to import the new phone or email.

To remedy the error, add the phone/email type to the table or select the option to "Create new phone type table entry if all matching types are in use".

In IOM 2.3, you have the option to suppress the error message.
