The IOM configuration in a database can be moved to the another database by way of exporting and importing profiles. The back end table names are txtstream and txtblock, but the IOM data stored in there is also stored with other data from other applications.  While it is possible, it is more complicated. 

We advise exporting profiles as the better choice.
