Description: Occurs when the default email type previously populated in the profile has been deleted within RE

This error is stating that the "Email Type"  under "Defaults" within the left hand navigation pane processing rules. A different "Email Type" must be selected in the "Email Type" field.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Open IOM
  2. Open IOM Configuration
  3. Open the profile in question
  4. Highlight "Defaults" in the left hand navigation pane
  5. Select an email type from the drop down within the field labeled "Email Type"
  6. Save and Close profile.
