This error is stating that the "Individual Address Type" under "Defaults" within the left hand navigation pane processing rules. A different "Individual Address Type" must be selected in the "Individual Address Type" field.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Open IOM
  2. Open IOM Configuration
  3. Open the profile in question
  4. Highlight "Defaults" in the left hand navigation pane
  5. Select an organization address type from the drop down within the field labeled "Individual Address Type"
  6. Save and Close profile.
