This error occurs when creating an export profile for the IOM Connector for Luminate Online.
A Custom Site Domain needs to be entered in the profile credentials screen.
Note: If you need to locate the "custom domain", go to your organization's website and click on donate. When the donation page opens, if the URL does not include convio.net but instead appears as donate.xyz.org that is the custom domain.
