This error is most likely related to the naming convention of the batch template you are attempting to use with the IOM profile. To troubleshoot, please go into the IOM profile you are using via Plugins > ImportOmatic > Configuration > Import > Profiles, and select the profile in question. Once open for editing, go to "Gifts" in the left hand navigation pane. In that view, select to browse by using the browse button in the following field and locate the gift batch template you would like to use for your gifts. Save the changes and then try the import again.
