It is advised to login to the front end of Altru with the user created for use in Omatic Cloud to verify the username and password are valid.

1. Navigate to your instance of Altru

2. Enter the credentials for the Omatic Cloud user in Altru

3. If you get signed in, you can be ensured your credentials are valid
