Importomatic mapping multiple emails to Luminate

Has anyone encountered Importomatic for Luminate mapping multiple emails into various fields within Luminate? We specified only one email type in our RE query output and mapped only one in our export but we are seeing one email phone type from RE being mapped into the Luminate user name field and another email phone type from RE is being mapped into the email field in Luminate. Does anyone know how to keep this from happening?
