I am along time user of IoM but a complete novice at Dictionaries, I have a few profile that i use to import Constituent and Financial Data and have some issues with them all.
Issue 1 is about Gift aid, one of my profiles only exports the Yes, if it is No or not completed it doesn't export anything. But that is an internal matter. The profile has been set up to add Declarations based on what is in the Pays Tax column, but the profile automatically adds Unknown Declarations to people that have left the column uncompleted I dont know how to stop this.
Issue 2, Blank Attributes, Another of our Profiles is importing Blank Attributes, at the moment we are using a Dictionary that was set up for us for a similar issue but is no longer working.
