I dont think its possible from looking at the knowledge base and support forum, but can you Remove an Appeal from a record using ImportOMatic?
Generally, we add a Selected appeal on data that goes to telemarketing and use Global Delete function to remove the appeal when the data is returned from calling.
I am managing a list in List Management, and normally we would add the appeal, but List Management doesnt have a global delete function, so anything i add i would need to be able to delete via IOM.
It is not possible to delete appeals through out of the box functionality, but it would be possible through a customization. Attributes sounds like a good work around.
