Version issue

I checked back on the update page to see if the issue with the earlier release, had been repaired and there was a new release there, version I have updated my workstation to this new release but when I go into RE I have an error underlined on the plug in telling me that is the latest version. When my data coordinator tried an import using the new release anyway it put duplicate gifts in.

Hi Ron,

We created a support case for you regarding the gifts duplicating. When you have a moment, please send the following files: data file you're importing and the IOM profile being used for this import. Please reply to the email you received from so that they will attach to your existing case and we can better assist you with your issue. When we have a resolution, I will post to this thread.

To send your IOM profile, please follow these steps:

* Go to IOM Configuration
* Highlight the name of the profile you are using
* Right click on it and choose to export
* Send the .xml file that is created
* It will be named in this fashion: IOM_Profile_Export_.xml
