We inadvertently added a few thousand invalid email addresses (no@no.com, n/a, etc.) and are trying to find out if there is a way to delete them along with the phone type on the record.

Were they imported with a unique email type? If so Blackbaud has a phone delete plug in that you can download and use to eliminate them https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/37717
