Change email address

CNMC's employees used to used and now they are converting over to We are having issues with imports where an employee uses a different format than what is on their RE record, combined with a new address or such - resulting in a new duplicate record and no duplicate warning.

Any suggestions on how we can prevent this? Can we program it in some way where anytime an employee uses it changes it to Can we use a simple dictionary with a Regular Expression or do we need to program using the API? 

Anyone have any good ideas?

This can easily be done with a Dictionary
