When importing a membership, should the subcategory automatically fill in? I set up my original profile without this field in the base file. I have now added it to the profile but the existing information in RE is not showing up in the import. I am having to manually enter this each time. Is it due to the fact that I did not have it in my original file or is it something that will not automatically populate? Thansk! Karan

If you mapped up the field correctly it should be coming in just fine. If you confirm the mapping is correct and that the data is actually in every row in the source file and it's still not coming in, please create a case by sending an email with a description of the issue (a sample source file and an export of your profile don't hurt either) to support AT omaticsoftware.com.
