We just got IOM and are learning the process. We have had instances where records are being created even when we match to an existing record. Has anyone else had this issue and do you know of a solution.

What version of Import-O-Matic are your running? Are you receiving a prompt that there are potential duplicates found for these records? What do you have your duplicate criteria set for? Duplicate records should not be created. It may be a setting in Import-O-Matic that is causing it to happen. I suggest contacting our support team so that we can help with troubleshooting.
