Hi Felicai,
As Wayne mentioned, it sounds like you have the option to rename the file turned on. Our Knowledgebase solution 291325 explains how to turn off this option.
I am sorry you are encountering issues with your import! I'd be happy to take a look for you and help get your batch imported. I will need to examine the following files: the data file, the error.txt, and the IOM profile being used for this import. Please send these files to Support@omaticsoftware.com so that I can better assist you with your issue.
To send your IOM profile, please follow these steps:
* Go to IOM Configuration
* Highlight the name of the profile you are using
* Right click on it and choose to export
* Send the .xml file that is created
* It will be named in this fashion: IOM_Profile_Export_.xml
Thanks!
Amanda

Hello-
I have recently updated and have been operating on the newest edition of Importomatic.
I have been having issue after issue... Every time I attempt to import a batch, it fails, and for some reason, it is deleting the original file off of my hard drive. How can I fix this? This must be something in my settings.
Thanks,
Felicai
