I would like to change the RE FundID of an import transaction to a different FundID (110) based on the specific occurrens of FundID equals (199) and GiftAmount GE $1000.

Hi Roy,

Currently the only way to update a field based on the value in two other fields is through a customization in the IOM API.  If you are not hosted by Blackbaud this is something that could be written fairly easily in just a few lines of code.  If you are hosted Omatic could write and insert the code for you as a paid service.
