When trying to run an import of a CSV - receiving exceptions.  This happens regardless of the file we try to use.  See below for output:

Hey Dennis! Thank you for your response.  I meant to post in here that we actually figured it out.  One of our users inadverdantly saved the MasterID file as .xlsx 

After changing it back to .xls, we're good to go
