Luminate Online Omatic Cloud Connector update

We plan to update the Luminate Online Omatic Cloud Connector on Monday, April 20th. We will post an update once the deployment is complete. 


Once this update has been deployed, you will need to complete a profile refresh on all Luminate Online Omatic Cloud profiles. You can find instructions on how to complete a profile refresh here. 


This update contains a number of fixes, including:

  • Fixed issue where Receipt numbers were blank in the Donations profile type
  • Fixed issue where TeamRaiser gifts were being imported in the Donations profile type
  • Fixed issue with Designee information not populating in the TeamRaiser Gifts profile type
  • Resolved the 'Unexpected Character Encountered' error in the Email Activity profile type
  • Fixed issue where Ticketed and RSVP events were not available for the Calendar Events profile type
  • Fixed issue where records were not being imported in the eCommerce profile type
  • Fixed issue where records were duplicated when splitting gifts by product in the eCommerce profile type
  • Fixed issue where survey questions were not being included in import
  • Fixed issue with field re-ordering when refreshing the Sustainer Gifts profile type
  • Fixed issue where Constituent Export was missing fields in mapping: "Primary Email-Match" and "Member ID-Match"
  • Fixed issue where an inconsistent number of records was returned when running the same import
  • Fixed issue where gifts were not importing in the correct date/time filtered range
