Luminate Online - Possible profile refresh required after update

Following Blackbaud's update to Luminate Online, we have seen that some profile types require a refresh to run successfully. The profiles types that we suggest refreshing are:

  • TeamRaiser Gifts
  • TeamRaiser Registrations

You can find instructions on how to complete a profile refresh here.

If you are having problems with a profile and refreshing does not resolve it, please contact our Support team.
