After a recent update we'd receive an error stating "Your System Administrator has blocked this process" while trying to open up the error/exception notepad after finishing an import via IOM. Support has recommended going directly to your file source to pull those exception files (Blackbaud files if you're hosted), which tends to be a pretty arduous process.
In case anyone else is experiencing this issue, I've discovered that you can easily open your notepad files and bypass the "Your System Administrator has blocked this process" without having to leave IOM at all. You can go to your error/exception file location and instead of directly opening the text document via NotePad, just right click the file and choose open with WordPad instead! Super simple, but something that definitely saves a ton of time!
