Omatic Cloud Updates - October 28, 2020

Field Mapping

  • Added ability to designate the order of operations when applying Transformations to Concatenated fields.  This setting will apply to all qualifying fields in the formula:
    • Transform first and then concatenate: transformations will look at the individual values and change them before being combined
    • Concatenate first, then transform: transformations will look for the combined value as a whole before applying changes

  • Added ability to create new Salesforce integrations from the Data Queue or Integrations/Formulas page.  When using this feature, you will be able to select which Salesforce you want to use (Sandbox vs Production), and which endpoint to connect, making it easier to add new Data Sources.  Note: if you start to create a new Data Source through a Formula Wizard, you should complete the formula before attempting to start new formulas.  This will prevent duplicate copies of the same Data Source.
  • Added Match Reasons to matching record grids on formulas that use Synchronous Matching.  Coming soon: Match Reasons on all formulas!
  • Added new formula for Luminate Online TeamRaiser Surveys.
  • Added the "ID (match only)" field to child/related objects when using an "Any Object" formula

Blackbaud CRM

  • Added the ability to update custom fields in Luminate Online, based on BBCRM Smart Field values

Luminate Online

  • Improved performance and reduced API calls when pulling Donation data

  • Added Campaign Type setting to Classy formulas, allowing users to easily filter the list of campaigns to include.  Here are a few tips for using this new setting:
    • If you select to include 'All current active campaigns and any future campaigns,' applying the Campaign Type filter will still limit the data to just those types selected.
    • When creating a new formula, if you do not want to filter by Campaign Type (or if you do not use Campaign Types in Classy) select the option to include all types.
    • When editing an existing formula, you can now apply this filter or select the option to include all Campaign Types to ensure the formula continues to retrieve the same data as before.  If you do not edit the formula, it will default to continue including data based on the existing settings you have applied.

  • Added ability to filter data to one or more events when using an Event Registration formula
