Omatic Cloud Connector Update Completed

This Wednesday's update is complete. 

With this update, the Encompass Profiles will need a profile refresh. If using Omatic Cloud Connectors, this profile will automatically be refreshed.  


  • Resolved an issue causing transaction dates to be incorrect.


  • Resolved an issue where the Encompass Campaign was not displaying within Email Activity formula settings.
  • Resolved an issue surfacing an error when attempting to create a new profile, specific to Australian customers.


  • Modified messaging to be more accurate when adding Salesforce Marketing Cloud users who trigger spam filters.
