Record Processing

  • Fixed an issue where the Data Difference review screen was being displayed for field differences in areas other than the top-level Constituent or Contact, leading to excessive manual review of matches

Tip: You can use the field mapping settings to control whether your related records and objects, like Donations, are updated.


  • Resolved issue where Lookup ID was not available in ID matching screen


  • Fixed a record routing issue within the Salesforce “Any Object” formula, where records that were setup to match on Contact ID for Opportunity Contact Roles were not sent to the 1:1 bucket


  • Updated "CC Last Four" field to include the credit card data instead of returning an empty value


  • Updated to include sub-campaign data within Email Activity formulas for campaigns included within the formula

Constant Contact

  • Resolved an issue retrieving Campaign Activity data from historical campaigns

Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Fixed a destination error in export profiles when updating multiple Lists for Contacts


  • Resolved an issue where Email Activity formulas became stuck processing due to blank Email Address Types


  • Address Line 1, City and State fields are now required when exporting data to WealthEngine, in order to provide improved match results
  • Fixed an issue to ensure Use Sandbox uses the correct WealthEngine instance
