We will be releasing a change to the Luminate Online Connector on Wednesday, May 26, 2021. This affects users who are currently using the Import Contacts formula type, to import Luminate Online Constituents to Salesforce Contacts.
The change we are making allows you to select from a variety of additional Salesforce Contact fields during the Data Mapping process, including the ability to map relationship fields. It ultimately allows for more flexibility within the Connector and we view it as beneficial for all customers. This change will not break any existing formulas you’ve already created, and you’ll be able to use the new fields by editing the existing formula in the Field mapping step. You will also see these new fields available when creating a new Import Contacts formula.
In addition, the name of this formula type will be changed from Import Contacts to LO Constituents to Salesforce NPSP Contacts.
