Will do! Cody is one of many awesome thinkers on our team, so it's worth a try to see if someone else has an idea how to resolve this without updating Omatic Cloud. If it is a flaw in the application's logic that we're able to resolve with a code change, we will take give that a try too. I'll convert this idea to a Support ticket now.

I am currently working on a Luminate to Salesforce Team Raiser donations formula and if the external Id for the participant and constituent match this causes duplicate opportunity contact role records.
