Omatic Integration Cloud



  • Fixed blank or null destination field values in Salesforce from causing data differences when reviewing matches



  • Added ability to add or update Education custom fields: Category, Value, Date, and Comment
  • Added validation to ensure gift amounts are valid
  • Fixed issue where a "Resource Not Found" exception was thrown when adding gifts if more than 500 funds are present in the database
  • Resolved issue where "Nullable Object Must Have a Value" exception was thrown when matching on existing constituent appeals with blank appeal date fields and including Appeal Date as a matching field



  • Resolved issue that caused the error "An unhandled exception occurred in Emma. Message: {criticalMessage} System.Threading.Tasks.TaskCanceledException: The request was canceled due to the configured HttpClient.Timeout of 300 seconds elapsing."


Engaging Networks

  • Optimized the caching of Engaging Networks data to improve performance and resiliency in platform



  • Resolved issue that caused duplicate match results for a record that has just one contact and exists in only one audience list


Post to General Ledger

  • Improved status messages when uploading a file as part of the post process
  • Resolved issue where Unix csv files could not be used as the source of a formula
  • Resolved Index out of range error when transaction grouping is used in conjunction with multiple static rows
  • Resolved issue where Salesforce-based formulas resulted in an An item with the same key has already been added. Key: Id error


Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Added Constituent ID and Alias matching for contacts, subscribers, and unsubscribers
