Answer:
This error occurs when importing an education relationship and the School ID is not mapped or does not exist in the School table. If the value does not match an existing school, and the option to add table entries is not turned on, IOM is unable to import the education relationship.
If the School ID is not included in the data file, add a column for the ID, or use a virtual field if every row will have the same School ID.
If the School ID is similar, but the spelling or spacing is off, a dictionary can be used to translate the value to the proper School ID.
If the School ID is new, the option to add table values can be turned on.
1. In the left side navigation pane, select General Settings
2. Check the box next to "Add Table Entry value if it does not already exist
