You may use any of the below characters in combination with a specific check box settings selection within ImportOmatic.
Escaped Character Examples:
\n or /n = Will be replaced with a line feed
\r or /r = Will be replaced with a carriage return
\t or /t = Will be replaced with a tab
After inserting the desired escaped characters within the notepad text in the data file, you need to turn on the "Replace Escaped Characters" setting within the profile for it to function properly. To turn the setting on, please follow the steps listed below:
1. Open the selected profile within IOM configuration
2. Select "General Settings" by highlighting within the profile navigation pane to the left of the profile screen view.
3. Mark the check box labeled "Replace escaped characters in Notepad text"
4. Save changes to the profile
