Answer: 

This error occurs when importing an attribute with a table-based description. If the value does not match the table entry, and the option to add table entries is not turned on, IOM is unable to import the attribute.

If the attribute is similar, but the spelling or spacing is off, a dictionary can be used to translate the value to the proper table entry.

If the attribute is new, the option to add table values can be turned on.

1. In the left side navigation pane, select General Settings
2. Check the box next to "Add Table Entry value if it does not already exist"
