Answer:
The school ID is called Establishment in UK databases.
This error occurs when importing an education relationship and the Establishment ID is not mapped or does not exist in the School table. If the value does not match an existing school, and the option to add table entries is not turned on, IOM is unable to import the education relationship.
If the Establishment ID is not included in the data file, add a column for the ID, or use a virtual field if every row will have the same Establishment ID.
If the Establishment ID is similar, but the spelling or spacing is off, a dictionary can be used to translate the value to the proper Establishment ID.
If the Establishment ID is new, the option to add table values can be turned on.

2. Check the box next to "Add Table Entry value if it does not already exist"
