Answer:

You can click on a column header to sort the list in ascending/descending order.

To perform a secondary, tertiary, etc sort:

  1. Click on the primary column’s header to sort the list by that column.
  2. Hold the CTRL key while clicking on the next desired column headers.



For example, to sort the list by city and then alphabetically by last name for each city, first click on the city header then hold the CTRL key and click on the last name header.


Note: Sorting the list is not persistent and is not retained when closing and reopening the List Management module and is not shared with other users accessing the list via LM.
