This error occurs when importing a financial relationship and there is more than one record for the bank in The Raiser's Edge.
The bank needs to be added to the Banks table before it can be added to a constituent.
ImportOmatic will add the bank to the table during import by selecting Add bank to Banks table if it does not already exist under General Settings in the left hand navigation pane processing rules of the profile.
Solution two:
If the bank name, branch name or transit/routing number are different, they are entered as different bank records in RE.

If this is a brand new branch for a certain bank, that bank must be added to the banks table. IOM will add the bank to the table during import by checking Add bank to Banks table if it does not already exist in the General Settings area of the profile.
If the bank already exists in RE, and the exact branch is not included in the file, ImportOmatic cannot choose which bank to add as the relationship. Add the branch and/or transit/routing number to the data file so that IOM can match to the existing bank.
