For more information on using FOM with the barcode field in batch, please see this solution.

If FOM finds only one matching full constituent, that constituent is automatically entered into the batch.

If FOM finds only one matching non-constituent, that non-constituent is automatically promoted to a full constituent and entered into the batch.

If FOM finds multiple matches, FOM displays a list of results. You may select the record to enter them into the batch.

To cancel the search, hit the Esc key.
