Answer:
Selecting this option in the SB Setting tab of MailOmatic for Schools configuration will allow your organization to password protect statement attachments. The email recipient must enter the password when opening the email attachment. If a password cannot be assigned to the statement, the email will not be sent.

Passwords are created from the recipient’s record, which may or may not be the student.

Options are:

* Recipient’s 5 digit ZIP code + first 2 lowercase letters of last name or company name (this is the default selection)
* Password field from the recipient’s Bio 1 tab
* Contract ID field for the recipient as entered in the grid on the Statements tab
