Steps to add or remove columns
Environment: All
Version: All


Right click on a column header and select Customize Columns to configure which columns are displayed.

Click on the + and - buttons to expand and collapse the column groupings. Double click on a field in the Available Fields pane to move it to the Displayed Fields pane – this field will now be displayed in List Management.

Double click on a field in the Displayed Fields pane to move it back to the Available Fields pane – this column will no longer be displayed in LM.

Click OK to save your changes or Cancel to not save.

Note: Changes to column sequence apply to all lists that were imported using the same profile, allowing LM to display the column sequence that is relevant when viewing similar lists. Column sequence is persistent so that it is retained when closing and reopening the list in LM and is shared among all users accessing the list via LM.
