Answer:

This error is indicating that the record query that is being used with the report format is not the output query that was generated from the report format that has been selected.  In order to generate the output query that should be used with the selected report format, complete the following steps:

  1. Inside of the MailOmatic for Schools application select the Report Type, then select the Report Format from the drop down list.
  2. Right click within the report format field and select to "view report parameters", this will open the statement parameter window.
  3. Ensure that the checkbox is selected in the lower left hand corner labeled "Create an output query of statement recipients".
  4. Select the preview button
  5. Name the query in the Query Name field of the "Save Static Query" window that appears
  6. Save and Close the statement parameter. This will return your to the MailOmatic for Schools application
  7. Click the drop down in the record query field and the output query that was just created will be listed at the top of the drop down. Select this query.

You should now be able to process statements without this error occurring.
