When adding participants to an event using EventOmatic that are not already in the RE database, they are added as non-constituents.
To promote a non-constituent event participant to a full constituent, open the participant record by highlighting the row, right clicking and selecting Open participant.
From the participant record, go to Participant in the tool bar and select Add this participant as a constituent.
In the EOM screen, hit the Refresh button.
In version 1.3 and higher, after adding a new participant a pop up message will display asking if you would like to add the participant as a full constituent.
