Answer:
  1. Highlight the list you would like to merge into another list
  2. Right click and choose Merge into list
  3. Select the target list and click Merge; after the merge, the source list will no longer exist

Note: If a full constituent record is in both the source list and the target list, it will only appear in the final list once. Non-Constituent records that are in both the source list and target list will appear twice in the merged list.
