Description: This solution describes what to do when the error and exception file is not being created in hosting.

Answer:
In MailOmatic for Schools, go to Settings. On the General tab, select the box to Continue sending emails when an error occur and log exceptions to file and choose a path in the hosted environment for the files. It is recommended to choose a folder as close to the root folder as possible as MailOmatic must have rights to write to the location.
If a valid path is specified, and a file is not being created, you will want to contact Blackbaud Hosting Support.
Alternately, deselect this option to receive a pop up message with the error.
