This solution describes how to make changes to a record to add additional recipients

Version: All

  1. Go to the student record in FE/EE that needs to be updated
  2. Select the Relationships tab and check the box "Receives statements" next to the individual who should be receiving a statement
  3. On the Statements tab, make sure the appropriate selection is made for what should be on the statement for the individual
  4. Ensure that there is an email address on the bio 1 tab of the individual's record
