In MailOmatic for Schools, go to Settings. In the Email Templates tab, double click an existing template to edit, or select Add New to create a new email template.

Select the Mail Merge button.

Highlight the {%URL%}{%URL%} and click OK. This copies the URL placeholder tags onto the clipboard. Paste in the body of the email in the desired location. You can also double click on the mail merge field and it will insert in the email body where the cursor was located.

In between the two middle french brackets add the text you wish to become the hyperlink. For example:

{%URL%}Click here to pay online{%/URL%}
