Occasionally a participant doesn't provide the biographical information for his guest(s). Adding placeholder guests allows you to have an accurate count of participants
- Highlight the participant to which you're adding placeholder guests
- Right click, choose Add placeholder guests, and choose the desired quantity
- You can apply a participant default set by selecting the set and clicking Apply. Otherwise, click Skip
To change biographical data as it becomes available, highlight the placeholder guest and select Open participant. Update the biographical data as usual.
