When an appeal is written to a constituent record, a finder number can be assigned. The last used finder number can be entered in SegmentOmatic so that the next available finder number is assigned.
- Click on the SegmentOmatic plug in and go to the Settings tab.
- Enter the next finder number
SOM updates this number, so it only needs to be set once.
