This error can occur when importing individuals and organisations at the same time. If tax declaration information is mapped using Virtual Fields, it will apply to every row, including those for Organisations.

This error can occur when importing individuals and organisations at the same time. If tax declaration information is mapped using Virtual Fields, it will apply to every row, including those for Organisations.
- Sort the file by the organisation name, and create two data files: one for individuals and one for organisations
- Highlight the profile and choose to Copy
- Delete the virtual fields for the Declaration
- Import the individuals using the original profile
- Import the organisations using the copied profile
